Cute Kids Contest 2011
If you have an adorably cute kid or know of someone who does, enter to win a free photo session of your cute kid at the location of your choice (within the Tampa Bay Area) from Ashley Yvonne Photography.
Spread the word:
Ask all of your friends to “like” the Ashley Yvonne Photography page. Then they can “like” your childs picture. The photo with the most “likes” wins!
What to do:
– Send a picture of your child with name and age to info@ashleyyvonnephotography.com no later than September 26th. Including your name, phone number and City, State in which you reside.
– All of the photos received will then be uploaded into an album for public viewing within our page on September 30th under Cute Kids Contest 2011.
Contest Rules:
– You must be a friend/fan of Ashley Yvonne Photography to enter the Cute Kids Contest of 2011.
– To enter a photo of a child other than your own, you must have consent of the parents of that child.
– Entry is open to Florida residents.
– Submit only one (1) photo per child.
– For those that “like” a photo, they must be a friend/ fan of Ashley Yvonne Photography. Comments are appreciated but do not count as a vote.
– Child must between the ages of 0-10 years.
– Results are unofficial until all online votes are counted and verified by Ashley Yvonne Photography.
– Voting will close October 13, 2011 at 11:59pm EST.
– Winner will be notified and announced on October 15, 2011.
Releases:
By participating in this contest and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Ashley Yvonne Photography, Facebook, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns
(collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, likeness, city and state of residence and entry materials in promotional material and for advertising, public relations and editorial purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, or on a winners’ list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Ashley Yvonne Photography is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Ashley Yvonne Photography’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo you submitted and are capable of granting the rights described herein; (b) you are the sole author/creator of the photo you submitted and the photo is original with you and not copied in whole or in part from any other work; and (c) the photo does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. You also irrevocably grant to Ashley Yvonne Photography and its affiliates, and their respective successors and assigns, permission to use your child’s name, age, likeness and image, and all other information about your child, as provided by you, for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation of any kind to you, except where prohibited by law. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Ashley Yvonne Photography and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the covenants, representations and warranties made by you herein.
Ashley Yvonne Photography and its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these
official rules, and all such entries will be disqualified.
The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Ashley Yvonne Photography cannot accurately predict the number of contestants who will participate in the contest. Ashley Yvonne Photography reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contest
or modify these Official Rules as necessary for any reason or as required by applicable law.
Attempts to notify potential winner will be made using the email address provided at entry. Ashley Yvonne Photography is not responsible for email, telephone or other communication problems of any kind.
